how it works.

Seller and buyer makes a deal and sends their wallet addresses to escrowOTC where transaction will be made of exchanged coins. EscrowOTC provides wallets address where seller and buyer will transfer the coins. After receiving coins from both parties and verified, escrowOTC send coins back to seller and buyer with low escrow fee, it all managed and verified by live personal so no mistake will be made. Seller and buyer shall verify coin wallet application before making deal that it is fully fanatical and able to synchronize till last block. no exchange wallets are supported, it is on their own risk to make such deposition.

Fees

Fee depends on transaction amount. It is up to seller and buyer how they make a deal and willing to exchange the currency/coins to currency/coin or to money to currency. minimum about of exchange it $10 USD. Maximum amount $1000 per transaction. because it human managed fees ate little higher then other exchanges hosted on server.
It is up to the seller and buyer to make decide which currency they will use for trade (we accept it all) Let say they want to trade coin A to coin B. escrowOTC will take fee from seller Coin A amount of 1%.. However coin total amount shall not equal of equivalent of less then a 100K Satoshi.. As mentioned above it is up to two parities to agree on what would be an exchange coin payment, they can pay Coin A with any other coin.

What is OTC trading? It stand over-the-counter trading where deal made by seller and buyer based on negotiation. When seller offer accepted by buyer or vice versa. escrowOTC do not intersect or following how deal is made. It only stands as trusted entity to complete transaction.

How you can trade OTC on escrowOTC?

it is important that seller and buyer register/signup @ escrowOTC and had posted their conversation to have a proof of deal by creating and commenting on topics or blogs. they can exchange chat as well but it has to be documented as comments that they are agree on deal. If coin not listed on escrowOTC they can make new topic and invite buyer or buyer invites a seller. Or they contact to support@escrowotc.com requesting to open new coin topic. Or chatting on.

Developer Request to open OTC.

EscrowOTC do not take any fees to list a coin for developer request to list a coin. But we shall be verified that coin is not a scam and has website, developer names, company details, wallet shall be fully functional and escrowOTC shall able to obtain wallet for particular coin from wallet application. Wallet shall be fully synchronized in our end. If not synchronized we will keep coin on idle till problem resolved.
